HØST is a particularly soft, light, airy and voluminous yarn made exclusively from natural materials – and, wherever possible, from organic fibres. It is an exclusive yarn consisting of 75% organic cotton, 16% wool and 9% cashmere.
HØST is based on an organic cotton tube and is produced in an Italian spinning mill as so-called “blow yarn”. The organic cotton tube is dyed using a special spraying technique, which gives the yarn a beautiful heathered effect and unique colour variations. A blend of wool and cashmere is blown into this tube. The cashmere content makes it a truly luxurious yarn.
The yarn is suitable for a variety of projects – from small items such as fingerless gloves, scarves, hats and vests to larger projects such as sweaters and cardigans – and works up beautifully.
