Shine! Knitting with Beads

Pope Vergara, a knitting designer from Chile, has always loved knitting with beads. For her, beads are a way to paint and draw, and to transform the knitted piece into something unique, so that even the plainest garment stands out with a touch of sparkle.

The 18 patterns in her book "Shine!" feature different techniques and textures, and use beads in creative ways. The designs include garments such as sweaters, cardigans, and vests, as well as a shawl and a loop scarf.

The book has a "Swiss binding" so it lays flat.
